I love my BCM 14.5 middy, and my BCM lower. Best AR I have ever owned. Now if it was full auto and had a grenade launcher it would be the best "rifle" I ever shot [M2]
Congrats you will love it!
Where'd you get it from? I've been looking to nab one from BC in black and they've been out for the past couple weeks. Or did you get the FD model?

I got it from BCM. I signed up for "in stock" notification. I emailed them about availability and they told me mid spring, but just a few days later... they were back. Pretty excited. From all i've read and seen, this should be a smooth shooter.
I didn't get a bolt carrier group. Is it that bad to use a BCG from a very lightly used colt?
How do the BCM uppers handle non brass ammunition like wolf or tullamo?
I picked up a BCM BFH 16" middy about 2 weeks ago. Some of the best customer service I've seen in a good while. Ordered late Sunday night, they called first thing Monday morning because I was shipping to a different addy, sent me the shipping info by the afternoon. I received it Thursday and they even sent me an email to let me know it had been delivered.
I haven't shot it yet but can't wait to. It's very well built. I did a ton of research before I bought and they were my choice. I also picked up their auto BCG and the Gunfighter charging handle. All very high quality products. So far I'm very happy with what I've seen and imagine I will be more so after I get the chance to use them!

BCM is phenomenal, and I'd be happy to buy from them again. Not a single burp from my 14.5 middie.
