well guys, expect heavy snow soon. . .

this morning I was waiting for the comcast guy to come. while waiting, I managed to:

1. Fertilize the lawn
2. get the sprinklers on and set for the season
3. drain the gas out of the snow blower and "summerize"
4. put snowblower in storage
5. put snow shovels in garage attic
6. get the lawnmower ready for the season (sharpen blades, oil change, plugs, gas)

so now that I got all that done, expect 3 feet of snow sometime soon

Don't worry, I still have snow tires on my car. When I change to summers it'll snow.

Good thing I've been riding the bike for the past week. [Tooth]

I haven't washed the car yet, but I did do a discreet oil change in the apartment complex parking lot and vacuumed it out with my own vacuum. Screw paying $2.00 to vacuum my car when I have one at home.

I just washed my truck Saturday and it rained that night and Sunday morning a gang of bluejays shit all over it. So if i wash it again it will snow for sure. Oh and bought a new pair of snow shoes so it might cancel out the fact that you put the snow blower away

I'm only doin' the deck surfaces and stairs...NOT doing the drive/road or anything else...screw momma nature...that shit can melt on its own! [Rant2]

There's hardly any on the driveway or parking apron. Too warm, I suppose. But, yeah, the deck...took about a half hour to clear.

I took the plow off already, and if I did it would just dig up the dirt and make a bigger mess, so Yeah let it melt.

Still have two weeks of March left, our snowiest month so they say.....but I recently dropped $150 to get the snowblower working again so it probably won't snow much at my house anymore this season. But anywhere there might be fun involved....

http://www.clarkcountyrentals.com/dynamic/content/98/pablo_platypus_tapping_foot_sm_nwm.gifStill waiting... I have less than 2" (of snow) and it's melting. Hubs are still locked and the blower is at the ready.

well as fate is always a fickle whore, your chances of snow are always best immediately after the 4x4 breaks down and/or you sell the snow blower.
Last snow blower I Sold was in early 1998? I think...
we had a blizzard with 7' immediately afterward.

"...the snow blower..."

Had "the little pig" out 9 of 12 months last year (had deep snow 10 of 12 months). Very little this year, fortuntely, but...

"I ALWAYS have her at the ready...I live in CO...in the hills...friggin' snows here man..." [Freeze] But I love this shit!

Here's a "Little Piggy" factory pin-up:

ain't that the truth. . . 1 sold 2 snowmobiles and trailer for a huge loss a few years ago because we hadn't received enough snow in 3 or 4 years to put 100 hours on the sleds (and even then I had to drive 4 hours north into the white mountains for that snow.

The day after the guy picked them up, we had 24" of snow and 4 days after that another 12"
