View Full Version : How do you find a death notice from 5 years ago?
I just heard today that an old girlfriend died 5 years ago and I want to read the story for myself. Turns out she over dosed and normally I wouldn't care but this was my first one and you never forget that one.
I googled her name but kept getting this spam site called people finder or some old yellow newspaper articles about her. I would like confirmation on this one.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Many newspapers keep their obits online for quite a while. Just find her local paper and search around the site.
they still have microfilm at the library, don't they?
Try putting her name into quotations. Sorry to hear by the way.

Sorry.
I still have a special place for my first love, too! Think of her often and I haven't seen her since 1976!
Her name was Roberta Fransis (sp) Corder let me know if you can find anything on her besides our daughter getting killed. I'm not ready to relive that. Should have happened somewhere in the Englewood area since she liked to stay close to her parents.
