Other than eventually upgrading the optic, I finally got my current build completed. Now I just have to find a little free time to put some rounds through it. While I would love to say that the days of spending my time rounding up parts are over, I am sure the next build will begin shortly.

Very nice! How do you like that TRX rail? I've really been debating this rail and swapping out my MRF rail as I don't need all the rail space!

I love the TRX forearm. Light, slim, easy on the hands, and comes with a few rail pieces that are easy to attach if you should happen to need them.

I have two TRXs. Needless to say, I'm a fan. So light too.

I think this one may be done for now. I have a few other builds I want to get done so I will focus my attention on the next build and call this one good.

Ray did the TRX come with a new barrel nut and wrench? I heard Troy is having a new design that uses the stock barrel nut.

I keep looking at your rig and am really wanting the 13" TRX now and I hate making decisions...thanks now I have to think:D

The TRX came with a barrel nut, a barrel nut wrench, three extra rail pieces, and a couple of allen wrenches. Mine came with a special barrel nut that replaces the stock nut. I am not sure about whether they are coming set up to use the stock nut now or not.

I believe Samson Manufacturing uses something that clamps over the stock barrel nut to install their forearms. Maybe Troy is going to a similar setup soon?
