original was 80 days and then 40 on renew. As statute indicates 90, I would bank on that. If you have a pressing need (ie: emergency) you can consult with sherrif and get it expedited. I did this for a friend who was being stalked by a person recently released on parole, but he had nearly beat her to death previously. The sherrif had no issues expediting this one.
