I'm looking for the Blue Book value on an Universal M1 Carbine. I can't find it in my book so I thought I'd put it out there for the Pro's! Not real sure how to estimate its condition, but if I had to guess, overall I'd say it's in about 70%-75% condition.

Would appreciate any guidance you can provide.

I would say in a 70-75% good condition it would go for around $450-$500. Universal isnt a top notch company and they are rather cheap rifles.
I have a Universal M1-Carbine, after I changed the springs...it has been 100% reliable [Beer]

There are several models so it would help to know which one.

But generally the prices are right around:
70% = $200.00
80% = $250.00Could be slightly less depending on model. That's the latest BB value, BTW.

Looking on GunBroker, very few have bids over $300. If they do, they have lots of extra stuff or they're exceptionally nice. Most bids are in the $200 to $250 range. But that would be a fairly good place to look for comps.
