I like Michelle Bachman and Haley Barbour. Hell...I like Palin, too. I just think too many people have bought into the trash talk about her so she's really not electable.
I heard an interview with Buddy Roemer and I liked some of what he said.

I won't vote for a single person on that list... I'd take Trump over most of them...

I also would not vote for anyone on that list. And sadly Palin's political career was destroyed when she was picked for VP before she was ready for that size of responsibility.

Didn't hurt COOTUS; he wasn't ready but got elected prez anyway.
Still think McCrystal should run (aside from it being funny to see him throw Obama out of a job this time).

All the evidence you need that Palin's political career is alive and well is to listen to the left. She's far from being a front runner but I sure wouldn't call her political career destroyed.
And I still don't get the "lack of experience" charge.

X2 She certainly has more experience than the current maroon, and definitely enough for VP in my opinion (which probably doesn't mean much).

Just don't throw out a leftist like McCain again. The left will pick the worst of the worst to get him elected again and still fail to get him elected.
I can't believe people would vote for Romney, he is a big a RINO as McCain.
What about Pawlenty?

Pass on him from me, but that's because of his stance on several social issues.

I've seen several interview with him, and I don't mind him too much. Seems like a sharp guy, but my problem with him is the same as most of these candidates: a few social issues. So I wouldn't vote for him either.
but, it really all depends on who ends up running on both sides. Gonna be an interesting election season next year imo

Trump is sadly the best on the list so far, and perhaps with enough money could pull it off. Palin, Romney, and Huck can't win. Gingrich's big problem is being Gingrich. Sad field of candidates.

Not saying Trump is the best candidate, but he certainly wouldn't have any money problems.

He has stated he could spend over $800 million of his own money against Obama. I don't think anyone else can get close to that.

I just realized Christie wasn't on the list. I think he'd be a great republican candidate.

If more politicians would follow his lead and say no to unions bleeding the system. We wouldn't need Christie himself just his balls.

As for Trump, I don't know if he would be the best candidate, hell at this time, I don't know who would be the best candidate, I don't know enough about any of them yet. What I do know, is that Trump would be leaps and bounds better than the current Maroon holding that position.
What I also know about Trump, is that regardless of rather he is going to actually run or not, he is forcing issues about Obummer, that the MSM refuses to touch on.

+1 respect for Trump. He is the only candidate that have gone into leftist shows and confronted the issue as is. Christie, Bachmann, and Allen West would be great VP candidate.

Needless to say, anyone on the list is better than what we have. I'm not sure if Trump would be electable. But it would make for some lively debates. I'm afraid he'd say something that would get him into trouble, as the press would looking to trip him up. Palin is closest to my wish list of a candidate but she may have been to damaged by the press to much. They can't stand a strong conservative woman.

Trump once again pushed the Birth Certificate issue with Geraldo, big +1 for Trump. Now with that said, the more he pushes the issue (which is great IMO), the less I think he is serious about actually running. For a serious candidate to push the "birther" issue, is a huge risk in my opinion, and is going to lose VERY valuable votes from the middle. I think Trump is just doing what the serious GOP candidates don't want to do, because they need to focus on the issues that will gain votes from the Independents. This is simply my opinion, however i'd still vote for Trump if he were to actually end up running against Barry.

There was some thing that when people would bid on government contracts, they would have to disclose any political campaign contributions.

Hell yes! I considered writing him in back in '08, he'd surely fix the immigration problem in a hurry, and might actually make it cool to be Republican again... and as for that 2nd Amendment... well I don't think I need to elaborate.

2012 could prove to be one of the most important elections in our history. However, I still believe we are going to continue down that slippery slope regardless of who the next POTUS is. I agree that any one of the GOP canntidates would be better than what we have now.
Romney = A lot of the same BS at a slower pace.
14,000,000,000,000 going on 15 Trillion is alot of debt.

agreed. not everything will be fixed just because a different person may be in there, which a lot of people think will happen...
I'm really hoping that Bachmann can make some headway and *fingers crossed* hope she can make it at least to the primaries. She honestly seems like the best candidate, and she's not too bad on the eyes either [Coffee]
