Holy crap...here I am agreeing with an Iranian ayatollah. Strange times we live in:
"We don't know whether the current U.S. president is mindful of what he is uttering, or if he is unconscious and confused." --Iran's Ayatollah Khamenei

I think to assume that Obama is an idiot, in over his head, confused or such is a gross underestimation.
This President plans on being the LAST American President ... his entire life has been about bringing about the collapse of America, capitalism and western culture and EVERYTHING he does moves toward that goal.
Destabilizing the middle east while simultaneously eroding confidence in the USA will be yet another little piece in the overall plan to take the US down.

Nice use of Alinsky's Rule #5
Don't respond to the content of my post, just ridicule and name call (honestly surprised Hoosier didn't beat you to it [Tooth] ).
Yeah, its a common attitude among even freedom loving and non leftist Americans ... we're good and seriously screwed.
Without a script or prewritten dialogue the guy is clueless as to what it takes.

Really? I try to always go after the point and not call names. Sometimes I fail, but really disappointed to be thought of in that way. :/
In this instance I really don't even know how to respond to it. [citation needed] is probably the best I can do.

I think Obama is living his dream of having people at his beck and call. I think he has given his presidency over to Hilary, Nancy, and Harry so he can play golf and preen on the world stage.

Fair enough.
If you read his own words in Dreams from My Father (http://www.amazon.com/Dreams-My-Father-Story-Inheritance/dp/1400082773) you can see that he sees his life's work as fulfilling his Father's dreams ... the dreams of a Marxist, anti-colonialist Kenyan were the fall of capitalism, western civilization and the British and American Empires.
Here's your conspiracy theory for the day:
I'm convinced that Mikhail Gorbachev was a deep plant by the CIA, for the express purpose of flying the Soviet Union into the ground. Mr. Obama, who's career path is strikingly similar, appears to be on the same mission regarding the USA. The big question is, who is he working for? The Middle Eastern oil kingdoms? The Chinese? The North Koreans? Multinational corporations?
I'm buying stock in Reynolds, 'cause if this catches on, tinfoil is going to sell like hotcakes....[LOL]
Fair enough.

I have not read the book nor will I.
Rhetorical question - Gee, I wonder why the media didn't focus on this tidbit from Obama's past prior to the election?
We must get this sonofabitch out in 2012.
Fair enough.

That has been sitting in my Amazon cart since the last time you mentioned it. I just can't see myself sitting down and actually reading it.

What disappoints me is not so much 'Mao himself but the almost 53% of the US voting population that allowed this to happen (Obama received 365 electoral votes, and McCain 173).
While I'm embarrassed for what this country has become socially, fiscally and politically, and not just under this regime's watch, it's those fuckers out there that "want" this shit-fest that I'm targeting...errr...concerned with.

It seems to me that if Zundfolge has in fact read it he is in a better place to judge Bama's character and motives than those of us who haven't read it.
You can call him a tin foil hat wearer but it seems Zundfolge is doing his homework to develop his own opinions. That's better than most people that just get their opinions from the tv or radio talking heads. Good for him.
But I'm like Cebeu, I'm less worried about his motives and more worried about the fact that the masses in this country actually like and trust the presidential tool.

To come to the conclusion that the current president, based on his actions from his actual time in the white house and not some book, and come to the conclusion he's here to intentionally bring the USA to some ordained destruction is straight up tin-foil land. I don't like him nor his politics, but I see not evidence of some deeper motivated plan to end the USA as we know it. He's a Chicago politician, and he's acted like a Chicago politician. Come back to reality.

You made my argument for me by insinuating that you don't need to read a book to learn about the man, that you can learn about him only based on his actions. Zudfolge came to that conclusion with the help of reading the book (not just "SOME BOOK" as you state, but Obama's own words), a book that if I'm not mistaken you haven't read. So how can you argue his conclusions are wrong if you haven't read it? There is no better place to learn a man's motivations than from his own words...
I don't know what his motivations are, but I'm not prepared to argue against the idea that he doesn't like the USA nor am I going to argue for the idea because I haven't educated myself on the big picture which includes reading his book...read the book before you argue that someone's conclusions FROM THE BOOK are wrong.

You want to judge motivations, judge their actions. He wrote the book to make money. Just because you have read his book doesn't mean you have some great insight into his mind. It just means you paid him. That brings your judgement in question from the get-go.

Its 480 pages (actually the copy I have is only 235, but its a PDF)... its not that difficult a read (reads pretty much like any other modern bio/autobio type book). Hell with a little digging you can easily find torrents of the audio book version (apparently read by Barry himself).
I highly recommend folk read it as I believe its a serious insight into the man's mind.
On a side note, by the end of it you'll really kind of feel sorry for this poor little boy abandoned by his father and his mother. He's a lot like the child of drug addicts or alcoholics who loses his parents to the addiction and then ends up following in their footsteps almost as a way to justify his own abandonment.
You'll also probably be amazed how deeply racist he is (and how his hatred of whites actually causes a certain degree of self hatred since he's half white and was raised by whites).

HA ha ha ha ha! Read that Zundfolge? SA Friday questions your judgement because you read a book!!!! Ha ha ha ha. Wow.
There you go again, judging a book you haven't read. I also haven't read it but I am not going to judge it. I don't know if it does in fact have any good insight or not but I do I think it's freaking lame when people judge shit they don't know anything about. How do you know it doesn't have any insight?
Unless you are friends with BO, then you only have a select view of the shit he does because ALL of your information about him comes to you through a secondhand source like the news or papers. There's a lot more about people than which of their actions you see on the news or read in the papers.
Maybe the whole book is BS, but you wouldn't know unless you read it would you. More information you have, the better informed you can be.
PS - politician's actions don't mean shit so you can't judge their motivation solely on that either. They are constantly doing stuff to appear one way or another...doesn't mean that's what they truly think or feel.

In other words; "Who you gonna believe, me or your lyin' eyes?"
Seriously, if he just wrote the book for money he wouldn't have made himself out to be such an obvious Communist Racist.

Ha, I think your analogy works both ways.
Reading into his mind from seeing him on tv?
Or reading in his mind from reading his book?
Which is it? Or perhaps it's both...?

how about if he is a somewhat brilliant Capitalist that loves making a pile of cash playing as a lying leftist anti-capitalist cocksucker.
Let's face it, the guy is playing the the popular lefts swimming pool making a pile of cash and not directly hurting anyone. He simply makes a few sensationalists and controversial films everyone gets their panties in a bunch in one direction or another and pays him to see them. Not what I would do, but to each their own.
I liken it to the WBC Lawyers.
Unethical as all hell, but not illegal.
