My wife just picked up a m&p 9c for concealed carry. She's in her 20's and thin. She wears somewhat tight jeans. Any holster, placement, or other suggestions that will be comfortable for her and maintain her girlish figure?

I think you're asking for this...

Pics of 20yo wife in tight jeans, please. Its um, necessary for helpful advice. [Tooth]

Something like a leather/kydex hybrid IWB would probably be the best. Worn at 3-3:30. Liberty Holsters is in the Springs and on the boards and he makes excellent ones.

Haha... gotta get your own! Yeah i was thinking something like a crossbreed, or maybe one of the liberty holsters on this site. Choice ultimately lies with her, though... im just the finance department!

Bianchi and Galco make some good purses with an easy access compartment for CCW.

With tight jeans even a NAA mini in a pocket holster will print. She will have difficulty concealing a M&P unless she wants to wear a vest or a belt pouch.

I'll toss in another youtube link to a video by Limatunes:

She's a pretty darn skinny girl who works (or worked...not sure at the moment) in a gun store. This is just the first video about holsters and such she's got, but her channel is worth poking through for other tidbits.

For a minute there I thought this was going to be another one of those threads that got banned for inappropriate images, so I thought I better read it now before it got kicked. Alas, nothing of the sort :).

I got the gf a crossbreed mini tuck for her 238.. she loves it.. She's pretty tiny too.. smaller than the girl in the vid..

The gf actually sent me this link when asking about a thigh holster.. wtf would I know about a thigh holster! .. anywho.. I'm totally gonna get her one after this vid. Not sure who this girl is..but she is awesome.. and helpful for girl specific CC issues.. These vids are valid research for your ladies.. just be sure to tell them that :) [Coffee]

Loved the one I had for my MP9c.. concealed very well. I kind of miss that gun.. liked it so much more than my g27.. Been tempted to try a crossbreed out for my 229.. anyone try one for a 229/226? Something just a tad lighter than my Mtac.

My wife is slim and wears tight stuff all the time, her answer to it is a good ankle holster that fits comfortably. She wears nice tight jeans that are boot cut.

It's not a crossbreed but one of Liberty Holsters similar IWB, which I have for my duty gun. It is a P229 and I find it to be very comfortable.

I don't (couldn't) wear skinny jeans. [Tooth]

She wears an elite aahs holster with the calf strap.

I've got a Galco for the G27. I would suggest a calf strap with whichever ankle piece you go with..

I wish I could adjust the cant on the galco.. I'd like it to be about 15 degree back.. I think it'd smooth it out a bit.

For a female colleague and we ended up with ankle carry - I always end up suggesting fanny packs, they're not "fashion" conscious, but solid nonetheless. Of course you have to go more flare bottom for ankle carry.

The whole point is to HAVE a gun. I've seen "under boobie" carry (use your imagination), and falsie carry (insert in an oversized bra).

It gets to the point of ridiculous when you start buying underwear with a fake pouch - just change your dress style, or switch to purse carry.

The more I read about these holsters, the more I want one. That and my CCW, of course. Ha.

My wife's CCW is a 6 foot, 200lb, and certainly over protective husband covered head to toe in guns.

Honestly, my wife likes her Colt Delta Elite 10mm in a purse with all her other stuff.
Seems to bulky to me but I am tired of trying to get her to use other guns.

My wife carries a Walther PPS in her purse most of the time, but it's slim enough she doesn't have an issue with Mike's IWB when it's on her person
