Anyone else rather BUG side-match was out of the rotation?

Anyone else rather BUG side-match was out of the rotation? I just enjoy Rifle and Shotgun side-matches so much.

My BUG gun is a full size, and my normal gun is a compact. I always thought that was funny.

I'm not sure though, because the one BUG stage I did, was so short, it almost wasn't even worth it. I think that day was unique though, because there were a ton of people and if I remember correctly, they cut it short.

The bug match is typically only 5 shots, no reloads, so it's quick and dirty. The grab and go starts also gives others who don't have a BUG to participate when other members offer up theirs to shoot.

I would not look to see it disappear.

The rifle matches almost have too many participants to jam into one bay and gets rushed really bad.

I agree. The BUG matches would be better if they were longer and justified getting my firearm dirty. I never take my firearm to the range and only fire a hand-full of rounds and call it done. If I'm going to dirty up my gun, I'm going to make it worth my while. [Neene3]

The problem I have, I really don't get to worked up about my "ranking", I go for the trigger time and to make sure my skills are where they should be (hits vs. misses). If I happen to place well in my firearm class, great, if not...no big deal.
