Para convert 40 S & W to 10 mm

Anybody ever convert a Para Ordnance 16-40 to a 10 mm?
If so what barrel would you recomend?
What poundage spring?
Is there significant wear on pistol in a conversion like this due to heavy recoil of 10mm
I want to keep 40 for plinking and use 10 mm for defense and hunting

For Springs you should use between a 22 to 26 lb. spring. Add a recoil buffer to minimize the beating the frame takes on hot loads.
