Not I.

I am going to either Ramah for IPSC (last tune up match before the State Championship) or Pueblo for Silhouette.

I'm the fat guy with the cool toys that I suck at.
It's my first time, be nice.

My only goal is not to DQ.
I figure that's a good first time goal.

Glad you guys had fun.

I had that race this morning or else I would have been there. I almost ditched the race and went shooting because I got the FLU Wednesday figured I could shoot a whole lot better than run. But some how I still ended up running this morning.

Well sometimes in my line of work you actually have to chase people and cant just shoot them.......

But yeah I kinda had an obligation to be there and since the SO was going everyone would have known I wasnt laying on the couch sick and that I was out playing with things that go bang...

I'm sure I came in last and I'm sure my wife beat me [banghead]
But it was fun and I accomplished my goal (don't get DQ'd)
Learned a lot and I'll be back.

I heard that the lady who usuallydoes the scoring (Deniese?) was out this weekend and they should show up mid-week.

I need to know if I was ahead or behind of my wife. That's what is really important here.

Denise and her hubby spent the weekend at the Texas 3-Gun Championship. They should be back today sometime.

Expect scores mid to late this week.

I beat my wife

Yeah, but you still got beat by a girl...

Misses are an easy way to get to the bottom of the results. Its a 10 point penality, plus the 5 points you could have scored. In essense, its a 15 point penality.

For Aurora, have a good 175-200 yard zero for your rifle. Pueblo, a rock solid 200 yard zero and know where you hit out to 425 yards.

JohnTRourke
05-22-2006, 19:25
The problem isn't the zero, it's the nut behind the trigger.

How does the minor power factor work? I don't understand that at all.

How does the minor power factor work? I don't understand that at all.

Shooting minor its assumed the gun kicks less so you can shoot faster. So anything less than an A hit, you earn fewer points. Instead of 4 for a B or C, you earn 3. Instead of 2 for a D, you get 1. D hits are like an on paper miss. D for Doh, I am glad its there.
