try getting loan as a legal citizen without your social security number, i am buying a new home as we speak and had my rear end probed just to do it.
what a load of shit.
Sounds great until they jack the price up sixth months into the mortgage, then foreclose your house because you can't pay it.

don't even care about the loan program, just the fact that you can qualify without giving SSN:
this is our govt, guaranteeing loans to people with no documentation.

Actually, credit/SSN is still required when you apply for the loan. It's an ad that promises a quote w/o pulling your credit hence SSN is not required. Its typically for folks who shop around and don't want hit on their credit reporting.

It's still misleading, as noone can give you a good quote w/o full review of your credit anyway. I suspect bait and switch.
