Just watched death wish last night on TCM. Charlie defined CCW. I love the acting. Now, here's the magic question...

Do i need to grow a pencil mustache to be a bad a$$?

Just kidding, but there are lessons to be learned from the movie from a CCW issue...You can see how Charlie attracted attention to himself in a couple of the different scenes with either flashing money, or by putting himself in an area where it's easy to get ambushed. I might even have to get a nickle plated wheel gun...nah, I'll just carry my glock!

Watch the movie, and put yourself into his shoes, and ask yourself what you would do in those situations.

I think he did that just to draw out the shit bags and the whack'em. I love 1,2,3 I think he was using FMJ's in the frist one

There's a certain 70s/80s campiness to the Death Wish movies ... the bad guys all feel like understudies from a lo budget dinner theater production of South Side Story, but I still dig the movies (one of my favorite characters is Mr Wildey)

If you liked Death Wish you should get your hands on a copy of Harry Brown (with the mighty Michael Caine). Excellent Death Wishish flick.

I'll second the Harry Brown recommendation. Great movie.

I will definitely have to check out Harry Brown. I never even heard of it.

I like almost all of Charles Bronson's stuff. He was awesome in The Great Escape and The Dirty Dozen as well

I mentioned it a few times in the Movie Thread.
