Definitely full of win!
^^^ this
Yes, but will it keep Nancy Pelosi out? [Flame]
[Peep]
It's a toss up for me whether she or Barbara Boxer more deserves to be water boarded with their own urine...

Easy weapon choice for her.... common sense. Completely blows her out of the water

"The house, with its movable walls, has only one entrance, which is located on the second floor after crossing a drawbridge. Seems like the perfect opportunity to use a flamethrower and defend the life of your family, while stylishly nesting in a piece of architectural elitism."
Just awsome!

I want it
Speaking of zombies. I guess Brad and Angelina's production company is making the World War Z movie. Brad Pitt will be the star. I generally like Brad Pitt, but World War Z didn't have a star; unless you count Zach.
I hope that there are mechanical back ups for those panels. No power you're locked in or out. [ROFL1]

^^ I was thinking the same thing. What happens when your swimming and SHTF, you slip on the way across the drawbridge and your family has already pressed the SHTF Zombie button!? They can't even toss your AR to you!
Problem Solved: turrets mounted.
I think the old missle silo's are cool myself

Base price, JUST $2.3 Million. Oh, in that case, I'll take 2 please.
Hey Fannie Mae can set you up.

I was under the impression that she was utterly immune to the influence of common sense...

I do like it but I don't see any firing slits.

no need for them. zombies don't generally purposely wait you out. as long as you are well stocked youll easily outlast them

I like it but I think I would build mine into a mountainside so that only 1 wall was exposed.

Those are really cool, but I wonder what one would store in the actual missile silo, without having any missiles...the underground bunker would be awesome for sure...
How many of these are really available?

These guys have several close by. http://www.missilebases.com/properties
They did a show on extrenme homes and a guy in WY has one and to make it more conventional he added indoor lighting and murals to give the feel of outside.
They are designed to take a direct nuke blast and still keep tickiing.

There are a lot of old silo's for sale actually. Last we checked there were a couple in the denver area and in the springs area for sale. I forgot the website we found, but they sold all of the old properties for the government that were like that.
