Children, Children?? Come on kids, lets play nice!! You can own a Supressor if you fill out the propper paper work with the ATFE. More complicated than the simple back-ground check. Id say go the trust route, easier in the long run as you can add people to your trust that way if you ever move somewhere its not kosher you can have somebody else hold onto it for you. this also resolves any issues you may have with your cleo sign off, you can create a trust, get your tax stamp and can all for around 700$, can 425$, stamp 200$ and and software to create a trust for 75$. About to start one up for myself now that was legalized the use of them
