need a difinitive awnser: ak74 vs ak47 mag interchangable?

Ive been trying to find a definitive answer, can you interchange the two mags? I have a 5.45 and would like to pick up some mags Ive seen for sale around here but they are for 7.62x39?

No they are not interchangeable. the mag opening for the 74 is smaller than the 47, as the magazine is smaller.
