Are shells like these legal to shoot? If so where does one find them? I've only known these from video games and such, but man they look cool.

Just be careful where you fire them seeing as we are in a drought. I looked at them years ago and thought about my gun club being in grasslands. The other members would be upset if I burned it down.
For example, Douglas County has banned open flames. If you were caught shooting that, they'd not be sympathetic.

require a $25 hazmat fee to ship, great for shooting burglars (assuming you live in a cave).
Yes I agree with Steve, its very dry out right now. Best thing to do is if you want to try these out wait until it is raining or just stopped raining to be safe.
On a side note that arrow that he shot out was awesome!!
This "russian" keeps popping up and he's fun to watch and boy does he have nice toys!

This guy cracks me up...he said what was in all the other rounds he fired except the dragon's breath. How does it work?
Arrow one was pretty cool, I am just a huge fan of sticking things down the barrel of my gun that aren't supposed to be there.

Yes definitely safety first, I would not go shoot those this time of year. Pretty awesome stuff though, the shell with the cable was awesome and so were the darts. Owwww.
Here you go, here's a thread from a few days ago talking about some of this same stuff

They are fun for night shoots but as already stated you have to be extremely careful in dry surroundings. We shot them over a lake at night and it was pretty cool [Beer]
thats a pretty crazy round! all i can think about is an upgraded shot gun in COD zombies!

Note the hay to the left caught on fire before the video ended.
Wait those are real?
Now I can go play Black Ops for realz guyz!
Instead of going outside to blast off some rounds out of your 44 mag on New Year's Eve, maybe people should shoot those rounds in the air. That's how I'd do it.

Shoot it out of a boat in the middle of a lake, at night. Awsome reflections.
Besides the flare stuff, is there actually a projectile in those rounds?
