Every store I ever go to has literally stopped carrying my pant size. I wear a 36X36.

I was just at Kohls a few minutes ago and the clerk checked the kiosk that shows their entire warehouse selection. The longest pant size was 32"!
I can find a size 40X30 with my eyes closed, but I quite literally can not find a store that sells a pant in a 36" inseam.

I'm pretty upset that I have to start shopping at Big and Tall and custom shops now. I hardly have the money for new clothes as it is now. I've been buying pants at regular stores for the past 10 years in this size inseam, but just within the last year, everyone has started catering specifically to short fatties.

That's the thing though. I don't think that I'm that big. I feel as big as everyone else. Over the years I've gone from 34X34 to 36X36. I was just checking prices for big and tall online. I'm either going to be sick, or start wearing formal shorts with a suit.

Oh yeah, I can't find a shirt that actually goes to my wrists, without it also having a neck size made for a two-headed dragon.

I feel for ya, man.

I can't find shirts big enough for my neck and shoulders that don't have an extra foot of material in the waist.

My wife finds pants for me online. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose...

I mail order jeans from JCPenny - they never have my size (34W/36L) in the stores.

Thanks for the tip. Sears online has some stuff as well. Looks like I need to pay off and ditch crappy Kohls and get on board with another store that I'll probably dislike equally as much. :)

Dillards, JcPenney, K&G all have tall sizes.

Try finding a 33X36 waist for ccw and then 32X36 for normal wear it is ridiculous. I feel your pain.

Just bump up to 34 waist. Even back in the day 33 was hard to find. I remember a time when I wore 33x33.

I'm 6'5'' 380...shopping is a biatc*. But yes, Dillards usually has the most selection, only go during sales though. The Kaufmans type big and tall stores, or Casual male are pricey. Bastards charging more for extra thead...[ROFL1]

Do you guys who shop at Dillards go to the actual store, or just shop on-line?

Shameless plug, but I shop at work. We carry Woolrich tactical line, and at 6'4" their pants fit, and i can move in them. I have the luxury, of course, of not needing things like suits and blue jeans because of industry expectation.

But i really do like their pants, and their covert pants are nice slacks for dress casual, fit well, and have the hidden c rgo pockets to carry all my crap.

I'll have to check out the covert pants, but it doesn't sound quite like the suit I was going to buy for my upcoming interview. ;)

I'm 6'6" and I buy 5.11 pants for my day-to-day wear. They're not expensive, pretty durable, different weight fabrics for different times of year, and I'm way into cargo pockets so my wallet doesn't have to be in a back pocket. I normally get them from lapolicegear.com since they usually have sales an always have stuff in my size. I gave up buying jeans a long time ago and the big & tall shops tend to be too expensive and I've found you have to be both big and tall to get anything in stock. Old Navy was actually my last known retail place with pants my size but they gave them up many years ago.

This is what I'm noticing. I have one pair of 5.11 pants that I like, but they came in short so I always feel like a chump wearing them.

might not be your guys style but i shop at sheplers and at the cinch factory store. they carry all the random sizes cause cowboys are either very short and fat, or very tall and skinny, so they carry everything. i get 34x34, i know they carry up to a 38 inseam cause i was amazed to see it sitting on the shelf

If you're looking for Levis the surplus store at Broadway and 285 have 36 inseam and a variety of waist sizes.
Sucks that Sears stopped carrying tall in the stores, Usually go to Penny's for shirts.

I'm 6'8. Check out the army surplus store on Broadway & Hampden. They have a good range of sizes and good prices also.

I wear 36x36 as well, glad Im not the only freak around here. JCPennys usually has Levis jeans in that size, you may try there. Thats where I normally go and get them.

There is a Cinch store within walking distance from me. I doubt they carry the kahki style slacks I'm interested in for work though. I'll hit them up for jeans probably.

It's hard to find anything that fits actually. I love when you look at a extra large shirt or a double extra large shirt and they just get wider and wider. Um, I need the damn thing longer...
