Keep us posted about the performance of your new Gen 4.......I have heard they have some issues. I am not trying to bag on your new family member, I am just curious is all.

I have had 4 with out any problems. 2 40's and 2 9mm's. The only reason I went back to 3rd gen is they feel "spongy" with real light .40 reloads. I am going to use the G22 for GSSF and load some lighter (9mm feeling loads) and they just felt funny. Factory ammo was great.

The subcompact Gen4's didn't suffer from any problems, since they use the same recoil spring as the 3's. It was the other models that were hit or miss. Once Glock did an update on the spring, everything seems to have been corrected.
With that said, I LOVE my Gen4 26, my fav handgun by far.
Yup...looks like a Glock to me!
Just kidding man, congrats.
took the 26 and my lcp out today and shot the hell out of them, both worked without a glitch. i'm trying to decide which one to make my new daily ccw. both have pros and cons, i'm still not sure so I may have to go back out tomorrow and try to decide again.[Flower]
