I've had a really old Palmetto Armory (not to be confused with Palmetto State Armory), Model BH, 15A1 in the safe for years. The lower is Milled which is really heavy duty, and the hammer and trigger look to have military stamp marks. Also on the lower is: SGW OLY, WA USA. All the reasearch I can come up with says these were the fist Olympic Arms production for the military in the Early 70's.
The upper is an A2 20" pencil barrel with the only markings of a stamp of 5.56 and an O behind it on the barrel.
The Milled thing is pretty cool, but other than that it's pretty basic.

Any thoughts?

I really cant see it being worth more than $30 or $40....BUT being the generous guy I am I can probably throw $100 at ya for it...ok? Cool! I'll head over RIGHT NOW before I change my mind!!


































Just kidding man, that thing is sweet, and I would think it will bring a pretty penny.

I was an Army machinist on Carson when he was piddlin with those things. He had some stuff out at DIO on Carson a few times. I thought they looked kinda hokey and stayed away from them.

i would suggest posting it 4 sale on ar15.com. a pre-ban upper still brings in a decent chunk of change in areas like NY, CA, MA etc. the last SGW i sold went back east and i did ok price wise. Selling here in CO, unless the potential buyer absolutely has to have a pre 94 lower, will not get you as much as an out of state sale would.
