I think you meant 7/9 yes we are doing the Fairplay thing details are not set yet. I am of course talking about a scoot ride no pedals involved. I think we are going to stay the night but those of you that just want to go for a ride and come home could come also.

Feel sorry for the ladies that put on this charity event, hope there were enough in attendance, to at least cover costs.

I know a retired ladies run comitee member, they didn't make enough to cover the cost this year. Probly due to the poor weather.

Look for it to be moving to Copper in the near future. They've had some trouble with the fairplay town council, police, along with internal conflict in the ladies run higher ups.

I would really like to go 7 but I have a lot of yard work tomarrow and I have to get my sprinkler system fixed before my lawn is dead.

I would however be willing to go for a nice ride through the hills on Sunday if anybody is interested.

Took a putt up to the north shooting range yesterday, to see what it’s like. Not a bad set up, but lots of trash. JMHO. If I make it to the next shoot, I’ll bring at least one trash bag with me. Don’t want to get it closed down, like they are trying to do.

I went to ride my road bike yesterday and had a flat on the front. I also noted that I may want to throw my rear wheel on the truing stand and straigten it out a bit (had a slight wobble).


Well this morning I fixed the flat...damn goat heads! :evil:

and I found out why there was a bit of a wobble... damn 2 broken spokes!

well thats the worst of the problems I've had. This Cannondale road bike is 18 yrs old!
