Anyone want to go to Pawnee Saturday

I want to head out and do some shooting Saturday. Hopefully it will be nicer than it has the last few days.

I usually like heading out about 8:30 and I generally make it an all day event. Naturally you can go for as long as you want.

thing about the pawnee roads is... the roads get slick. really slick doesnt matter if you have 4x4 or 2x4. obviously the 4x4 is better. but, I have seen plenty of 4x4s stuck just off the edge up here. if you get in a rut, and you usually will after a rain, it pulls you where ever the last person went. then if you hit the brakes you slide, and with the camber of the road, its usually toward the ditch. can you make it after a rain in front wheel drive? yes, I have done it. but, i would prefer not to. especially when you get stuck somewhere your cell phone might not work. then there is the digging, walking, cussing etc.

No I wasnt able to go. It was good because I was able to reload more ammo anyway for next weekend.

I am gonna go one day next week over Memorial day weekend so if someone wants to go, let me know.

I would love to go depending on what day you are planning on going. I really need to sight in my 22lr and would love to plink around with it for a while. I am by Kipling and Belleview.. so almost lakewood.

Looks like I might be seeing a few of you guys out there seeing as some shitheads left a couple fridges out at our local gravel pit. Had a nice shooting spot 7 miles out of town. Hate when stupid people ruin a good thing for everyone. Sorry guys, had to vent that one out. Let me know when your goin out there justin I might meet you there.

Just wanted to put my name out there for being down to help with a range cleanup day out at Pawnee. Went out on Wednesday to a "less used" spot and there was a bunch of broken bottles, trash, etc.

I'm in North Fort Collins so it's easy for me to meet yall out there/whatever works.

Went with a group from church. Shotguns throwing clay, spinners, golf balls, and cardboard for the pistols, and cardboard for the rifles. Plenty of sun. Almost no one around but us. Left it cleaner than we found it. A great time was had by all.

I was thinking about the .22 tumblers you make. They would have been a nice addition. I will be out of town for a few weeks, but may send you an order for a few when I get back, if you are still making them.
