What is that place?

On my drive in to work everyday i pass by what looks like a shooting range,
it is on West C-470 and West bound I-70 interchange to East Bound C-470. What is this place and is
it open to the public, or is it just for LEO? I do see alot of LEO cars parked there on some days, just curious.
