I'm a new guy from Boulder... someone told me the "North" shoots are in a place West of Lyons? Where is this exactly.... and how far from boulder? Thanks!

About 200 yrds east of where 7 and 72 meet. From Boulder, 45 min. to a hour.

It is a lot better than Left Hand.

thanks for the replies guys. i know lefthand is... well we all know what it is. everyone has trashed the place. plus i've run into complete sketchballs there and many unsafe shooters as well as drunks.

anyway, im pissed because now im contemplating whether or not to buy my AR if I gotta drive an hour to shoot it.

what makes this place better than left hand? (not arguing just curious)

is this place ever crowded or well known? I hope it doesnt get flocked with people once Left Hand is closed.

Thanks for all the help and info.

Safer, less trash, and less idiots. If they ever do close Left hand I think this place will get a lot more undesirable shooters.

Is it just a place in the sticks like Left Hand or is it an actual range with backstops?

It's closed now. Used to be an open field with a backstop.
