Anyone Ever camp at the south site. I want to go camping mid next week but want to also soot. I have aplace out east I can going to but want more of a woodsy feel

I was just up there 2 weeks ago and I decided to camp at the Platte River (http://campincolorado.com/federal/pike_san_isabel/platte_river/platte%20river.htm) campground. It is only 15 minutes from the South site.

I really liked it there was plenty of cover.
