COAR15 ID badge "contest" (*** ENDS 23 JULY ***)

we've got quite a few new people showin up here. This is a good thing :)

well now we have so many new people it's time we came up with some ID's for team events.

guide lines:

Try and incorporate the team logo/name
user name and first (real) name
NO id photos (we wont be using a foto of your face)
user avitars are ok.

Vertical format: 3.25" x 2" (height x width)

double sided ok.

most image filetypes are ok ( I have Gimp & Photoshop ) (any questions, send me a PM)

best three submissions as determined by the site staff will be submitted to a vote by registered members.

designer of the winning entry will reap the fame, glory and all the benifits of said accomplishment and a free badge.

this will be an inexpensive venture and not for profit. I've got the laminator and pouches. There will be a small cost to offset printing and postage (I'd swag $2.00 per badge)

I don't have image processing software so here goes my description: (simple)

Logo at top of this site as background in light greyscale
Username at maximum point, Ariel font that fits on one line
First name/nickname at -2 point of username or as fits on one line

text in black, fine white outline may be required for readability, dunno

back if needed:
any user provided text, 10 point Ariel.
ISPC/IDPA ranking? favorite weapons/caliber? Lvl 70 Magician on Tarew Marr? Blood type, allergies, medications and next of kin? description of your favorite cat? :)

geez, 2x3.25 doesn't give much room to work with.

Here's my ideas, sized at about what they'd be on paper (depending on your resolution/monitor/sunspot activity/how many fingers I'm holding up).
