just wanted to say hi. my name is Shawn and i live East of Colorado Springs. i own a tattoo shop in the Springs. i have loved guns all my life. i own a small handful of many types.

since this is an AR club what kind of AR's is everyone shooting? i own a Bushmaster with a 20" barrel and have a 24" superbull DPMS upper on a Rockriver match trigger lower with a leupold mark 4 6.5x20.

i have a range in my back yard and haven't even fired a shot out of the latter AR. After my barrel breaks in what kind of groups shoud i expect? taking out of account my shooting skills of course. anyone else shooting this upper? any suggestions on ammo that would work with this setup?

Hello there.
I'm new here too.

Do you HAVE to have an AR to post here?

Welcome Shawn, I've heard some of your commercials, and welcome.

Oh, no particular gun needed. But owning one does help. [poke] (a gun I mean).

Karl.

Welcome welcome!

I'm jealous. You both live way closer to a shoot locations than I do.

Welcome aboard..

Repost your questions in the General Discussion forum and you'll get some good answers. But it all comes down to what you're really wanting to do with either weapon.
