I honestly think that any average joe wouldn't be charged much differently than her. However, I DO think that it is a big deal that she is a pretend advocate of seat belt and child safety laws, and doesn't not follow them herself.

What's worse, she USED to have a "R" after her name, until the Dims swooped in a few years ago and took over the statehouse. That's when she changed her affiliation. I have no problem with politicians and others changing their political ties, but the timing on what she did was telling.

So not only is she an elitist politician, she's a chameleon, as well.
