Anyone have any input on these? I'm thinking that i found the starting point of my first build. I dig that its almost a forged (vs billet) version of the Sun Devil in that it has the set screw to remove upper receiver slop, also that its a little cheaper. just looking to see if somebody got one recently.

How about their uppers? $86 is kinda nice. A little too nice....
I dont have any experience with Tac. Innovations but CMMG and Stag lowers seem to be in the same price range. They both make decent stuff. Either way, Good luck on your first build

Close out post - my lower came last week and i got it assembled last night.
Overall first impression - Decent lower, (Yeah, its my first build but ive been around these things for years)
Pros-I really like having the set screw. LPK i got from Palmetto State Armory fit right in with no issues (take down and pivot pins are pretty tight but not worried about it). Functions and fits with the upper I ordered from aero precision just fine though for a finish i woud say these are a little darker than your average "black".
Cons- Only thing was the hard anodized finish could be a little better. Pretty rough on the texture and a one of the corners is showing some silver but for the most part I feel it'll hold up just fine.

Nice! I have one of their Billet lowers and it has been awesome. Also just got a Aero upper for my SBR build its going on top of a AR15.COM lower. Gotta get that tax stamp paperwork done and wait............
Congrats on getting your lower together.
