Hello All,
I posted a message about my older brother Bob (Glock) who belonged to this group, dieing of cancer in a hospice in Aurora on the 22nd of June while I was down in Lakewood staying with his son and daughter in law. I couldn't stay till the end because I had to get back up to Oregon where my wife's healthy is not that great, but I wanted to post a final announcement to the group that Bob passed away yesterday at approximately 2:20 pm Colorado time in his room at the Hospice. Stork Mortuary on Wadsworth in Lakewood is in charge of the arrangements and Bob will be buried at Ft. Logan National Cemetery when all is arranged. Thanks to all of you for your messages of condolences and caring. Bob sure enjoyed belonging to this group of great people. Take care all of you and thanks again.. Doug Burdic

If you like, you may request the services of the Patriot Guard for an escort for Bob to Ft. Logan.

My heartfelt thanks to all of you friends of Bob's who read and posted to my last msg. Also for the offer of the patriot guard which I will forward on to my Nephew who is in charge of making all the arrangements and he might be getting in touch ..Thanks so much....Really a great group of people.. Anyway, middle of the week funeral of course but just in case, at 12:30pm at St. Paul's Church (non-denonimational) 8001 W. 23rd , Lakewood, Colorado-Closed casket service..Then from there, the hearst will take Bob to Fort Logan National Cemetery with the 7 National Guard Soldiers each firing 3 rounds + TAPs.
His son and daughter whom many of you met from shoots with Bob and the group asked that I mention this and also how thankful they are to all of you for your condolences.
Take care all of you and until later then.. Doug.. Glocks Brother
