anyone do hardwood floors?

I have a small job (second floor, top of stairs, outside bedrooms) around 110 sq ft total


which one of you guys does floors (or do you have a recommendation of someone near Broomfield)

me too... but I've only done prefinished and need to match my stairs and 1st floor so it'll need to be sanded/stained/cleared to match. By the time I

1.find the time
and
2. rent the equipment I need

it'll be cheaper to have it done by a professional.
