View Full Version : Bay area anti gun video goes bad
http://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/2011/06/14/oakland-student-arrested-for-carrying-sawed-off-shotgun-during-anti-violence-project/
I'm not sure how to work these statements out. Any help? Somebody please make this an Open Carry discussion rather than a Cops hassling kids discussion [ROFL1]
the school employees “had a lapse in judgment” and have been placed on administrative leave while the incident is being investigated.
AND
if the school employees had notified the Police Department about the filming ahead of time, “no one would have given them permission to run around in a park with rifles.”
AND
the video project was “a well-intentioned effort to highlight problems with violent activity” in the community
How convenient. A shotgun magically becomes a rifle when it's being used for "illegal" purposes.

Most of the guns were replicas, but a 14-year-old boy was carrying a shotgun that he had bought on the street, she said. Where the hell does a 14 year old buy a shotgun on the street? Oh wait... It's Oakland.

Come on editors fix this. It wasn’t a .22 caliber sawed off shotgun. It was a .22 caliber assault rifle sawed off shotgun street sweeper ak47 with cop killer bullets. Oh and don’t forget the shoulder thing that goes up.
[ROFL1]
That reminds me... What part of the gun is the "dust ruffle?"

WTF are you smoking?

Barrel shroud, dust ruffle, dust cover, all that confusing death machine nomenclature. Its just too much for us anti-violence in our community advocates [ROFL2]
How is anyone supposed to know whether they are being shot by an assault rifle, sawed off .22 shotgun, or hunting rifle? Does it feel different? [M2]

Just call everything a "fully automatic AK47" and your good to go. [Coffee]

Nothing good comes out of Kalifornia.
Except Fatburger.
Liberal theme song: "Dream of Kalifornication"
Dave Chappelle puts it best: "You know why San Francisco is so nice? Because they put all them [thugs] on the other side of the bridge. Bye, come see us again soon, we're having a sale on Birkenstocks in April... Welcome to Oakland bitch!"

7-11....would you like a Slurpee with that?

Oh, yeah? I came out of Kalifornia.:p
Try and make me go back.
I dare you.

Gman go back to Kali or we will bulldoze your house, crush your car, kill your lawn and spray paint your dog.... wait you're happy to be here? And you're not a libtard butt pirate that wants us all to turn in our guns, eat tofu and re-elect Obammy? Ok you can stay! [LOL]
I hate how the brain eating disease that is so prevalent in Kalifornia, and the People's Republic of Boulder has spread so much in our great state so quickly. If it wouldn't attract the wrong people I'd say we should strive to be more like Idaho or Montana. Still the most beautiful and more free places to live in the lower 48, but man, we need to stop importing so many liberals from LALA Land.
We escaped in the 70's. Went through re-education in Texas.
...and then moved to Colorado.
It's hard to believe, but I can even drive in the snow like a pro. :p

[ROFL1] Escaped, I like that... Sooner or later that whole state could turn into a big penal colony- once it falls off the mainland. Where's Kurt Russell when you need him?
