So over a year ago I happen to be home and see an ad on the board
Can't remember all the specifics but it is 800 rounds still sealed in a can, inside a crate, inside a cardboard box. If I remember it is Czech brass or bi-metal brass coated surplus. It was advertised on AIM surplus as 1980 lot but when I opened the first can I bought it had a little piece of paper in it with 1992 marked on it. Only selling to finance a impulse purchase.
I contact the member and go pick up the ammo. Set it with all the other Czech ammo I have.
The other day I was thinking about it and thought I would see how it compares with the older 62-69 Czech ammo that my PSL loves so much.
Open the crate and peel back the straps on the "sealed" crate. I get a box out an notice there is a gap? so I take the rest of the ammo out of the "sealed" tin and get a lesson.
The member never posted since and of course has been banned but I suspect that he is long gone. Just a heads up since I only opened the lid of the wooden crate but did not pull out the "sealed tin. There was 720 rounds left. This has been a PS announcement from your friendly mod staff. Check the tins in wooden crates. It is good looking ammo [Coffee] http://i884.photobucket.com/albums/ac44/jerrymrc/toys/guns125Small.jpghttp://i884.photobucket.com/albums/ac44/jerrymrc/toys/guns126Small.jpghttp://i884.photobucket.com/albums/ac44/jerrymrc/toys/guns124Small.jpg
