Hoser already answered it for you. If he doesn't qualify as an experienced reloader, then nobody in the country short of about a half dozen guys will meet your qualifications.

Again.. what Hoser said.
Also, 22lr is manufactured my sliding a bullet down the brass and a crimp holds the bullet in place. You can spin most 22lr bullets in the case. There is no neck tension.
This is because the rimfire case has a hot or charged rim that will not allow compression safely. Trying to stuff a .224 bullet down a .222-.223 case wll/could cause the case to crush, rupture or ignite. It will also create neck tension creating excessively high pressures if it could be done possibly destroying the weapon. Using a 22lr in a .224 bore is ok but accuracy suffers. Using .224 bullets in a 22lr (.223) bore is dangerous.
That is the reason why the 22lr (.223") bore is not used in the 22 mag (.224) and other 22 centerfires.
I am no expert in reloading and have only heen reloading for 30 plus years including wildcats and have only loaded about 500,000 rounds. There are more qualified reloading experts than myself.

Short story: Hoser is correct
A second thread calling attention to the first thread that was thoroughly answered in the 5th and 6th post. Wow. [Roll1]
