Sorry, but I don't know him. But a fellow gun lover deserves a solute any way. [Marine]

RIP Matt.
Always pisses me off when a good guy, especially a fellow rider and gun nut, is killed when all these bad guys like the ones in that recent Ohio incident get to live.

My youngest son, brother in law and nephew attended the Tarryall campout last summer where the pics in the thread mentioned were taken. I don't think he was a member here but not 100% sure
Met Matt and squared away a little issue he had with his rifle, sat around the fire and had a couple of beers and swapped stories.
Good guy with a wicked keen sense of humor. By his demeanor you could tell he lived life to the max.
All too often it seems the brightest stars fade first.
RIP Matt

Agreed.... As somebody who is a gun lover, and came close to the next life last year when a girl ran a red and hit me going 55 on my bike..... Stories like this kinda get to me....
I think about crap like this when I ride constantly.. Part of the reason I don't ride anymore.. either drivers are getting more stupid, or I'm getting slower in reacting.
Keep the shiny side up gentlemen.
