I am an infantryman who has deployed and trained with the,M240B and loved everything about it. My only question is, can i buy a M240LW and how much is it?

Hopefully it's lighter than the 240L.

I believe the receiver is made from titanium.

So is the new 240L. It supposedly knocks around 6lbs off of the 26lbs that the 240B weighs.

All of that is far inferior to the MG3. For a good medium size crew-serve, the MG3 sets the standard in my opinion. Anyone who says other wise has not had the oppurtunity to handle, carry, or fire the MG3.
