Hey there, I have a man who wants to trade an R.A.R. M413 MOE to me for another weapon I have. I've just heard of R.A.R. and saw they were listed in our Industry Partners section. Please give me some opinions on these weapons. They sound very good based on their website... How do they stack vs. LWRC or other custom AR builders, etc. Thx!!

My m413FF,

has matching Mckay Ind. upper and Lower, Green Mountain Barrel 1:7 twist, YHM 12" quadrails, and YHM iron sights.

I took it to the tanner gunshow, and compared it to a lot if different stuff.

I think he does a damn good job, finding good prices, or top knotch stuff.

Plus the guy that built my rifle is a phone call or a 45min drive away from me at all times.

I tried to buy from him one time but after driving down their I found out he dropped the ball so it cost me a trip from FT collins to castle rock for nothing. Only other complaint is everything takes like 4-8 weeks for complete AR's.

Compared to every other custom build I've had my hands on vs the one RAR I've had hands on, the RAR was at the bottom of the stack. Granted, it was only one, but a custom build should have been better.

I dont really know how "custom" his rifles are. He just kinda assembles parts, rather than custom fabrication.

I was lookin @ a RRA, Panther, and RAR.

With the parts he uses, and being local guy with a family, I chose his M413FF, over the others.
