Nice! I'll be there, and it's at Jeffco Fairgrounds which means I'm so close! Can't wait, I'll probably wear my old tan 10th Mtn Unit teeshirt. I'll try to find you alxone.

I like how the first picture on that website has all the Nazi stuff on it, hehe.

I've never been to that. I'll have to check it out. I got no plans this sunday! If you see a guy with sleeve tattoos and a black wyoming hat, it's me!

I freely admit to collecting a lot of that stuff, but I went there once and kind of got the heebe jeebies from all of the Nazi "re-enactors" walking around. I thought it was kind of weird, and can't quite figure out how someone gets up in the morning with a plan to put on their stormtrooper outfit and walk around a militaria show all day. Especially a small militaria show. Just me- not trying to mock anyone.

If it's your 1st time there- get ready. Please note that I only base my observations on one visit. But my understanding is these Nazi dresser-uppers are regulars and hang there all day.

I would pay money to be able to follow those guys to the show and back (not stalking or anything) just to see the look on people faces when they look over into the other lane and see that they're passing/being passed by the third reich. [ROFL2]
.......Or what would happen if those dudes stopped for gas [ROFL3]
.......or better yet if they stopped for gas in boulder[ROFL1][ROFL1]

not bashing anyone's hobbies but the expressions somebody might get would be priceless.

I would pay money to see those guys stop by Walmart to pick up some miscelaneous items. You would have to bring the cam-corder though, just for the people's expressions. Too friggin' funny Matt! [ROFL1]

Well..... went to the militaria show today. Hung out with Alxone for an hour or so. Only a couple of faux stormtroopers and faux BOB 101st imitators. Just don't know what's going thru their heads! Otherwise a pretty slow show- while I was there. More cloth than metal, but some nice metal there nonetheless. I was only tempted by a WW2 Nazi Radom. Priced at $700, all matching and pretty nice. At another time I would have jumped on it. These days- I passed it by.[BooHoo]
