I totally missed this story but noticed several flags near the Academy were @ half mast today. This explains that mystery.

Welcome home and Colonel. You can rest easy now that you are re-united with your family. And, thank you for your sacrifice.

I how we can get the other 1,687 POW/MIAs home as well, they deserve to be laid to rest in the country they loved enough to serve.
