Thanks,
i will consider that.
the excavator dug the foundation holes already. hard to take photos though we covered it all up for the snow. wanted to keep the foundation dry and warm.
the snow fall here in Bailey has been so light the last few years we were hoping to have a similar weather pattern this year. the one year i need to have the weather hold off another month and instead here it is.
Oh well, we may wind up pouring the slab after the building is up.

Kabar BK-2.
He's an awesome little Aussie, about 14 weeks old. Smart as a whip and very loyal. His original owner had 5 adult Aussies who all got killed by coyotes out by Hudson. He told me he couldn't bear to see this little guy get killed, so for 2 boxes of .308 ammo...I got to take him home. Also he asked that I come up and help him take care of his coyote problem. I couldn't pass it up.
So here's "Bullet", my new best pal:

Do you have a trick for street bike tires? I have tried several times to get those on with a 0% success rate and I always end up going into a dealer to get them mounted and balanced. Dirt bike, no problem, but it seems like street bike tires are like an inch too small in diameter to mount myself.

I got a cheap bead breaker from china freight to break the seal, then I just mix dish soap with water, spray the bead and use some cheap rim protectors I've picked up at bike shops, and two tire iron's, for mount and dismount, I have changed countless sets for me and my friends over the years. for balancing I use a 1/4 inch ratchet extension a set of jack stands, and some sticky weights.

Thats sick, a 2-stroke Motard! Just curious, how much did that cost to convert
I went the expensive route, mostly because my bike needed work anyway. I am in the process of replacing the rear suspension with parts from an 03. I chose to do this because the swingarm is lighter and stronger than my 01, and the 03 uses 240 mm rear brakes and a 25mm axle. All in all I would say it cost me about $1500 because I bought used parts where I could, but if you do not need the axle swap, top end rebuild, fork rebuild or new plastics, I would say about 900 - 1000 for wheels, tires, and electrical if you shop around.

It's 1/3 the size of a standard keg (so 1/6th of a barrel). Lasts me, including visitors having their share about 2 months. Figure out the price per beer, for something like Titan IPA, it's about a 50% discount over six packs. And if you have it on a decent draft system, it keeps almost indefinitely.

It's a good time to buy a 'Vette. Deep discounts, great inventory and 0% for 60 months. That's a lot of free money. I didn't even apply any of the equity from my Camaro. I took a check and financed the whole shebang. Again, good time to buy and 5 years of FREE money. Some out of state dealers are discounting them over $10,000 off MSRP. Same goes for Camaros or just about any Chevy product.

So, I've been looking for a small slide-in camper for my truck for a couple of months now. Not exactly what I was looking for but, for the price, it was a no-brainer.
94 F350 7.3L Powerstroke. Immaculate.
96 Lance 900 11'3" loaded. Immaculate and completely self-contained including 2.5Kw generator.
Even the wife was excited. We paid less than most people are asking for similar campers only. Patience paid off big time.

Pretty much sums it up right there man. I hate that forum and that thread is a prime example of why. The OP saw my pic on a Tacoma forum and felt the need to see who could help him defeat it. He took the 'expert' information he got from there and kept coming back to the Tacoma forum spewing it not only as his own idea but also as fact. He kept guaranteeing he could get it out no problem based on that single low res photo and some BS 'facts' he got on Barfcom. That guy is an are tard. Pure and simple.

Great optic but give that double-turn elevation lots of turns back and forth and check for consistency while zeroing. I had two fail during competitions down in Raton, NM and both were the same problem and it involved the double turn elevation. I was made to feel like this is a known problem with some of these so hopefully they've addressed this issue by now and yours won't be subjected to this. More than likely this puppy will give you error free use but just a heads up for something to watch for.

Yeah he is growing fast and he's a little devil. No fear of anything. He ripped up a gell mat that the wife has at the kitchen sink yesterday and she was pissed. So she puts the training collar on him that we use on the Rottie. He did not even flinch. I run it up to the highest setting and all he does is twitch his head a little. Oh well I like them strong willed, and he is that.

Picked up the M&P 22 yesterday at Sportsman's father's day sale. Put about 200 rounds of old Federal bulk through it today without a single failure. Very happy with it and see a M&P 9 Pro in my future.

Nice! Can you post some details? Looks like a Vtac nylon belt and maybe an BFG or Vtac molle battle belt? Couple FastMag holders and a customer kydex dual mag holder. Alright, I'm done stealing your thunder. Go! [Tooth]

VTAC Brokos belt w/ VTAC inner belt.
Raven Concealment dual pistol mag
2x Fastmags
Maxpexpedition Roly-Poly
SOE Gear velcro/buckle detachable medical pouch (don't know if I like this yet)
Bladetech drop holster
CAT Tourniquet
So far it feels comfortable. But I am going to try it out at the Haley class this week in Greeley. I really like my chest rig but it gets hot and this seemed like an easier/less bulky way to go. I give up having 6 AR mags on my chest for 2 on my belt so I don't know if that is going to bother me or not.

Those in-the-know run belts so I think you'll be happy. May need to do some tweaking of this setup for you specifically but you'll probably dig the setup versus a vest. Do you know if the FatMags will apply pressure to the top round to take pressure off of the feed ramps? I think the answer may be no on this.

Is it bad that I started this thread, yet hardly ever post in it? Spent way more than I intended to at Sportsmen's Warehouse tonight.

And a bunch of other fishing things that ended up costing me 3x as much as I was intending to spend. These next two fishing trips better be worth it or I'm dead.

I was just looking at one of these at Jax today too. I want to get back into fishing since it's been quite some time since I've fished.
I brought my broken Walmart Storm in to get a new reel, and left with a whole new set instead. It was only $36. The Storm I have is the same size, and the tip is far more flexible, while the base is far more stiff. The Ugly stick the tip isn't quite as sensitive, but the rod as a whole is noticeably more flexible. I think I'll probably be able to cast further with the Ugly Stick I guess. I'm too new to fishing to really know though. My Storm stopped clicking after catching one decent sized fish. The drag still works, but there is no clicking. Still turns smooth though.
You got an Ugly Stick at Walmart for $36 or you're talking about your Storm?
I bought the Storm from Walmart. It is broken. I don't remember how much I paid for it, maybe $25 about 7 years ago. Tonight I got the Ugly Stick from Sportsmen's for only $36. Came with the Shakespere reel and 8lb mono test.
