The first part was filmed in New York, I think. I heard people mention Wall Street and Broadway.

And we're not really dispassionate, we are terrified of embarrassment. I was flying into Heathrow a few years ago and when they announced we were 20 minutes out a couple of Middle Eastern looking men (of course they were probably Indian or Pakistani in hindsight) in two different parts of the plane immediately stood up and started going through the overhead lockers. I weighed up the potential scene I would create by asking them what they were up to and decided to die quietly instead :D
