Quick survey on a gun trade.....
Item 1. Intratec DC9 (Tec 9) preban. Threaded bbl. Two 35 rd. mags. One bbl extention. Sling. Original box and instruction manual.
Item 2. Romanian AK 7.62X39. Underfolder. 16" bbl. Composite pistol grip. Wooden fore stock/hand guard. 2 30rd mags. Bayonet with sheath/wire cutter. Sling.
Just curious which side of the trade you would want to be on?
Sorry no pics. If i can get some before my decision i will post them....but i think the people i am really asking don't need pics.
a dc9 in good working order with the extras is kinda a pain to come across (ab10s and thrashed dc9s are pretty common) .the ak well nothing really special there , mags and bayos are everywhere so the extras there dont really count . but thats just my thinking on things
I wouldn't want either one. The Intratec is only a toy and the AK is illegal w/o the Form 4.

under 16" barrel = SBR
(any AK>Tec/DC/AB IMO)
under 16" barrel = SBR
(any AK>Tec/DC/AB IMO)you consider the tec a sbr ??? its a 9mm its more of an over blown pistol
but the 35 round mags are a no no in city limits

NO the tec is a paperweight that is too light to hold down the papers properly...though someone told me something about a rubberband and a paperclip helping with that.

Tec not an SBR
AK with said 14" barrel = SBR

well a straw and some spit balls would at least be more accurate [ROFL1]

Assuming the AK is actually a 16" gun and not an SBR, I don't see how I could ever be involved in such a trade because I would never own a Tec-9 to trade and would never trade for a Tec-9.
So I guess I'm saying if I had to walk away with one of those two guns I'd take the AK. Then I'd sell it and buy ammo for my AR.

I updated my original post. Yes the barrel is 16", the guy was measuring it from the wrong spot
