Awesome I'm a big bike guy, both literally and...well ya.
When I lived in Phoenix my office complex shared a building with an Arlen Ness store and they would always let me come see their stuff, pretty cool I'm jealous man.
On the site I just loaded the pics of Sporty when we cut it and then after we fabed the rigid rear. Finished pics will be up in a few days when we get-r-done.
The other bike will have some pics this weekend.

If you have a halfway decent color printer you can get away with printing your own cards on Avery Business Card stock. This is what we do ... but we have a pretty kick ass printer and an in house graphic design department (that would be me :p).
Otherwise we used to use these guys (http://www.overnightprints.com/) for cards and were happy with the price/quality (but again we designed them ourselves ... not sure if you're looking for someone to design them too ... they do have a "design it yourself" online applet where you pick a template and type your own copy in).

We do have a pretty nice canon printer. maybe give it a shot as we have several pics we were kicking around, thinking of using.

I'm a big fan of a local business here in Boulder called Minuteman Press. Colorado owned and operated. Just find the best price online @ VistaPrint and Minuteman will match them to keep the business in Colorado.

Uprinting.com provides a quality product cheap and quick. DO NOT go through Office Depot/Office Max.

I have done my own and like them a lot. I use MS publisher and a canon MP560. I will say if you want them to stand out print them on glossy photo cards. :)
