In the wake of another attack, Denver Police are warning about a series of aggravated street robberies in the Capitol Hill area.
The attacks are targeting white or Latino pedestrians between the hours of 10 p.m. and 3 a.m., police said.

The most recent incident occurred Thursday night at about 11:30 p.m. in the 1400 block between Humboldt and Lafayette Streets.
In that incident, a group of eight to 10 black men assaulted and robbed three white men.

No arrests have been made in that incident.

If you haven't, read the whole article. They caught one in April and dismissed a felony charge for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, for him pleading to a misdemeanor charge of third degree assault.

This is essentially condoning this sort of activity.
