Bail Out Bag/Range Bag

I picked up a couple of LAPG Tactical Bail Out Gear Bag's when they were on sale for $10. I'm finally deciding to get one setup as a GHB in my truck and the other as an Bail Out/Range bag that I'd use in trips to the range with short notice. This is to support my M4gery and XD9sc.

I'm needing ideas on the appropriate items to fill both roles.
