now youre all that much closer to the weekly pueblo matches! I would kill to live in pueblo, I'd have so much fun!!!

But then again, maybe not..... I can forsee my bank account being constantly drained from the spike in ammo/accessories purchases.

I'm thinking I might go to the PWSA on either Saturday or Sunday. PM me your cell#, I'll text message you when I am gonna go, can meet me at the gate. Cost is $3 for guests, they have everything from pistol to 425yards. I'll be driving the green lifted Jeep ZJ and I am hard to miss.

Seems like the only folks who are critical of beautiful Trinidad are the same ones who have never lived here or even visited our fair City, er I mean Town.[Coffee]
Oh yeah, we are only about a half hour from a really nice bunch of ranges at the Whittington Center so we do have SOMETHING to do down here. [AR15]

Blaster I'm in Trinidad at least 2-3 yr for a weekend each time.. I just never get to do anything I'm interested in.. so it sucks. It's spent working the whole time.. so it sucks. I grew up in a small town, and while it does have it's appeal and charms, I'm just not fond of them currently. I just like to pick at spyder mainly.. besides not having time down there to do anything I want...

Well Monky, you'd better start making arrangements for some quality spare time while down here. Hell, if nothing else, get an ice cold six-pack ( of which ever beverage trips your trigger) and just relax under a nice shade tree and have some interesting conversations about firearms or perhaps have a few hours of range time. Now, that's something to do down here. In fact, I'm thinking of making the short trek down to Whittington tomorrow early AM to fire off a few rounds of .50BMG if for no other reason than to move the resident spiders out of the safe queen's barrel. [AR15]

All work and no play will put you in the hole sooner than your are ready for. [Tooth]

If you are bored there is a mud bog race in Pueblo this Saturday Aug 6. It is $5 to spectate. Gonna try to get my mud truck down there and race.

Lots of shooting to be done over at the Pueblo West Sportsmans Assn.

In fact tomorrow afternoon (all Wednesday afternoons) we run an informal match. Lots of guys use 22s to keep costs down.

I moved down here at the end of 2009. Growing up in Parker all heard was how bad Pueblo was but it isn't a bad place. Any town of 100,000 people with 4 shooting ranges can't be all bad.

Send a PM with your contact info, I make it out to PWSA a few times each month and I go to the Municipal Shooters during the short days of winter.

The matches Hooser talks about are great! I won't make tomorrow's thanks to a work engagement (have to make $ to afford toys).
