I'm just curious how long before this becomes an LEO thread.
"Neighbors also reported that Falkingham occasionally wears a tutu with the bunny suit, police said in a statement." Yow!

Neighbor Deborah Colson defended Falkingham in a telephone interview with Reuters, saying he has an eccentric but otherwise harmless habit of dressing up in costume and making appearances on his own property.
"He's got the bunny outfit, a cowboy suit and a ballerina dress but you don't see him except where he's tripping through his backyard," she said.
Colson said she worried that news of Falkingham's at-home habits might make him a target of fear and scorn.
"He's never done anything wrong but wear his little suits in the background," she said. "He's got a strange lifestyle at home but we all do weird things at home. It makes me so sad: people don't even do anything and they get laughed at."
Here we go... people making a mountain out of a mole hill... I'm not bashing the PD, I'm bashing the people who are calling the cops on this poor looney toon. THERE ARE REAL CRIMES BEING COMMITTED... really, a guy in a bunny suit is threatening? Maybe all the guy needs is to go to a furry meeting and relieve some stress.

Agreed ... the cops have to respond to the calls, its the nosy jerks that keep calling the police that need to be delt with.
Isn't it a crime to call 911 when its not really an emergency?
What would be fun is for the ACLU to take up the guy's case on 1st Amendment grounds.

You can call 911 to file a complaint... but after a while cops should say "stop calling 911 unless there is a real emergency." However, in this case they told the guy to stop wearing the bunny suit and playing around. Not sure why, but I would tell the neighbors to chill the hell out, he's technically not doing anything wrong. If you want to prance around your property in a bunny suit and tutu then that's your business. Now a bunny suit, tutu, and an AK-47 menacing folks, go ahead, call the cops, this guys is a dangerous individual, deranged, but still can be considered dangerous.

Would there be a complaint if this were the costume?

I think that from the looks of him, I'd be more concerned with him walking the streets without the bunny costume!!! He just doesn't quite look like he's all there, and the bunny suit makes him somehow seem more normal.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this bunny suit - as pictured! (unless this is what the guy in the article was wearing, then I have major issues with it)

Mr Falkingham, please refrain from buying your bunny costumes at Victoria's Secret. And no, there is nothing wrong with a woman who wants to show her love for animals by wearing one or two small items that represent the animal (like bunny ears and a fluffy tail ;)
