I hate gun regulation but some basic handling practice wouldn't be bad as a basic education.

I had a childhood friend that died that way at 16. No one is certain how it really happened. Some say he was cleaning it, some say his brother shot him in the balls. His brother was a real twisted kid. Either way, be had his balls blown off with a shotgun and he bled to death. Last memory I had with him was going surfing and then he was gone.
