I finished Season 2 a couple nights ago on Netflix. The concept is alright but some of the contestants were pretty funny which made the show great.

I enjoy it, so do my kids. My 11 yo likes to watch it with me, she thinks it's cool and my twin boys call it the pow pow show.
Beats the heck out of most of the crap thats on these days. I DVR so I can fast forward through the commercials.

I thought he was awesome. I was a huge fan of George too though. He was damn funny.
When it is on I am either shooting, cleaning guns, loading ammo, playing with my dogs or cooking dinner.
While the concept is good and puts the 2nd Amendment in a positive light, I have nothing but pure destain for reality TV.

Oops I meant George, I freakin cannot stand that turd. Was rather indifferent to most of the finalists in season 2. That George guy is just the kind of guy that grates on my nerves. Air Force pffffttttt.
I was disappointed with how badly most of them shot with the larue OBR.
waiting to see how the two biggest losers fair on the stagecouch and winchester 73!

I dOnt know why but I'm going to watch it again. It would be better if it were more of a shooting competition, and less Top Model.
George is a pole smoker.

Alex Charvat from Conifer
As an engineer, Alex Charvat can understand and adapt to the intricacies of almost any weapons system. “I like to shoot because I like the mechanics of it,” he says. “It’s like a big puzzle.” His passion for shooting runs so deep that his oldest daughter is named after Annie Oakley. A country boy at heart, Alex lives with his family out in the woods and doesn’t have cable, so he’d never seen a single episode of Top Shot. But Alex doesn’t need to know what’s in store to have faith that he’ll shine. He believes his ROTC background and hunting experience give him an edge over the competition.

I was disappointed they purposefully made the teams even more lopsided than in the past. At least the first 2 seasons it was unintentional, That decision really boggles me.

The stagecoach shoot off was pretty good. I would love to try that.

judging from the first challenge, these guys seem to really suck at shooting..... I thought it was comical that they had spotting scopes and and 1-4 optics on those OBR's to hit targets 75 and 100 yards away. AND it took some of them 6-7 shots to even come close to a target that was probably about 25 MOA.
ridiculous I tell ya.......

Well, I have nothing to watch thesedays.
I will watch it on History channel website.

I was thinking the same thing. They had rifle scopes, spotting scopes and shooters that are supposed to be pretty good and missed like crazy at 75 and 100 yards. I've never been in a competition like that so I don't know what the stress or pressure of it is, but emptying 10 rounds on two targets at that distance.... Hmmmm.

Just do like I do and don't read threads until after you've watched it. Why would you read a thread where people are clearly going to discuss the program and not the fact they people have watched it or not. It's not like he put the results in the title and the email you got with the thread titles had the results. I hate when people do that with MMA results of sporting even results or something similar and then it's not like you can avoid it. Not that is worth being upset over.

watch it for free on the website
